What material is the baby sling made out of?
The baby sling is made of 100% cotton with a padded cushion on the shoulder and a plastic clasp
Is the baby sling tested and certified?
Minimonkey baby slings are extensively tested and in conformity with the EU safety norms EN13209:2-2005
Does the baby sling come in different sizes?
The baby sling design is based on the principle of 'One Size Fits All'. The strap has a clasp that is used to adjust the sling to the person wearing the baby. This means the minimonkey baby sling can be used for tall, short, thin and sturdy alike
What is the delivery time?
Unless otherwise indicated on the order page, orders are prepared and made available for delivery by the postal service 1 or 2 working days after payment has been received. In the Netherlands and in France delivery time is approximately 2 working days. For all other countries please consult the TNT table
What is the availability of minimonkey Items Internationally?
Minimonkey products are also available internationally. Items can be ordered on the website and then delivered to international locations (see delivery times).
Can I have my minimonkey order delivered to an alternate address?
No problem - just tick the 'Deliver to Alternate Address' box during check out. You'll then have the option to specify an alternate delivery address and if desired, to add a small note to accompany the minimonkey product(s) being sent
Can I pick up minimonkey products in person?
Minimonkey products ordered from the web site are sent by post.
